How to make Mushroom Broth?
Mushrooms are one of nature’s most potent superfoods! They are highly medicinal and incredibly versatile. I love feeding mushrooms to my own pets and one of the best ways to do this is with mushroom broth. This can be used for your dogs, cats, and even yourself and family members!
Mushroom broth works in boosting immunity, as well as acting as a pain relief and as an anti-inflammatory, so great for arthritic pets and pets with bone and joint issues. It is also fantastic for gastrointestinal, liver, cardiovascular, and central nervous system health, digestive issues, and skin issues that your pet might have. It also can help regulate blood pressure, and studies have shown the ability of mushrooms to prevent and fight cancer, as well as aid through chemotherapy treatments.
Some of the popular mushrooms you can use are;
